Lifestyle Lane is a registered Australian company and complies with all laws set by Consumer Affairs. In many cases, our service goes beyond these laws.

We understand that purchasing online can sometimes be tricky without first seeing the product. For this reason, we offer a very a flexible refund policy.

Faulty item

While we only sell the highest quality and reputable brands as well as test every single clock prior to sending, from time to time there may be an issue with the clock. Lifestyle Lane offers a 12 month replacement warrantee against faulty items. Please email us details and we will organise a replacement clock to be sent to you.

Change of mind

If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving the clock, we will glad offer you a full refund. Returned shipping costs are the responsibilty of the buyer.

We are also very pleased to offer a 365 day  return policy. If you change your mind up to 365 days after purchase, we will gladly offer you store credit for your purchase. Return postage in the case is at the expense of the buyer.

Please note – refunds/store credit for returns will be issued upon the clock being returned unused and in it's original packaging.
